My experience ranges across industries including technology, finance, consulting and working with entrepreneurs, charities, chambers of commerce and multinationals. I have worked in Transformation Delivery as a Business Consultant with a Big 4 firm in Ireland, and have had deep immersion in people development, management, coaching and transformational leadership in my 15 year's experience in the finance industry in the Caribbean. Living, working, and traveling across diverse cultures has enriched my life with invaluable experiences, deepening my understanding of people and growth.
